Everyone has Candida albicans it's a matter of triggering it, activating it, and overloading it. Candida only becomes bad when overgrown and can easily do so in dysbiosis.
What is dysbiosis? It is an imbalance of microorganisms within the intestines.
Candida is a bacterial overgrowth, a fungal infection, caused by yeast. That can impact everything in your body and when it runs out of room in your body, it starts to seep out of your skin, causing eczema or different rashes. (See previous post with symptoms)
My eyesight had gotten blurry, I was in physical pain every where, my joints ached, my period was super irregular, my skin was all sorts of wack, I was depressed, unmotivated, just about anything you could think of, I was feelin it. Learning about Candida literally saved my life. (Not to be dramatic ) It is definitely a challenge to overcome, but on the other side... the most rewarding, fulfilling feelings I could of ever felt.
Candida likes to play hide and seek and camouflage in your biofilms making it a super pesky bacteria!
